"Existe uma fórmula utilizada para determinar as medidas perfeitas para o seu tipo de corpo. Essas proporções são válidas para quem quer ter um visual “sarado”, não vale para quem quer fazer hipertrofia para ficar muito grande, tipo fisiculturista. Os valores de referência são para corpos masculinos.
Tudo o que você tem a fazer é dividir o seu peso ideal, em quilos, pela sua altura, em centímetros. Por exemplo, se você tem 1,80m e quer ter 80 quilos de peso, deve dividir 80/180, o que dará um coeficiente de 0,44. Depois, é só usar a tabela abaixo paralocalizar na linha do seu coeficiente quais seriam as medidas do corpo perfeitopara você.
Lembre-se de que as medidas ideais estão em centímetros e referem-se ao perímetro de cada parte do corpo."
